Two vintage-style orange velvet armchairs with fur pillows, a small round wooden table with potted plants, large green leafy plants in the background, a brick wall, a tall floor lamp, a standing lamp, hanging pendant lights, and a rug.

My practice is rooted in supporting individuals navigating identity-related harms, complex trauma, gender-based and sexualized violence, and long-standing emotional patterns that feel hard to understand, and maybe even harder to shift. Therapy with me is queer and trans-affirming, anti-oppressive, trauma-focused, and rooted in an understanding of how gendered experiences intersect with safety, relationships, and mental health.

I have a PhD in feminist philosophy and gender studies that shapes how I understand trauma and relationships. I draw from feminist and anti-oppression frameworks that recognize the impact of power, identity, and systemic harm on your wellbeing.

My style in session is flexible and responsive to your needs. Some days we might explore emotions, patterns, or body-based responses; other days we focus on grounding, coping skills, or rebuilding trust in yourself. I use a combination of evidence-informed trauma practices, parts-oriented work, and narrative approaches to help you connect in with yourself.
